Hair washing isn't part of the service, and wet hair reads differently — length after drying is never quite what it looked like under water. If there's a lot of wax or powder in it, rinse at home, otherwise the first few minutes go to seeing the real texture.

"Short but not too short" means something different to every person. Show a photo of a cut you like — the back and side views matter more than the front. No photo? Then the useful question is how many minutes you'll spend styling in the morning. "None" and "five" are two completely different haircuts.

First a look at everything: face shape, density, growth direction, what you've tried and what didn't work. Then clipper and scissor work, the outline around ears and neck, drying and styling with a walkthrough of how to repeat it. A men's haircut is 60 minutes and 1500 RSD; the scissor haircut is 75 minutes and 2000 RSD.

If something is going differently than you pictured, say so in that moment rather than waiting for the finish. Fixing length mid-cut takes a minute; redoing it after the styling takes a different kind of time.

The shape holds roughly 3–5 weeks — the temples and neckline are the first to look untidy. A beard needs more frequent attention: the neck line grows out in 1–2 weeks. Ask at the end when to come back, because that depends on your growth rate, not on the price list.
